How is it packaged?
Exterior is unbranded kraft. No product images, no category words. Return labels are generic.
How does my card statement read?
Card statements may show Lumisyla, our payment processor, or the descriptor presented during checkout. Product names and category wording are not included.
Shipping time?
Orders generally process the same or next business day. Standard United States delivery is estimated at 7–15 business days including processing. Faster options may be available at checkout. See Shipping & Returns.
Can I return?
