Marketing Emails

Lumisyla may send marketing emails about product launches, guides, offers, care information, and brand updates only where you sign up, consent, or where permitted by applicable law.

Transactional Emails

Order confirmations, shipping notices, account messages, password reset emails, return or warranty messages, and customer-support replies are transactional emails. These are separate from marketing emails and may still be sent when needed to provide service.

Unsubscribing

Marketing emails should include an unsubscribe link where required. You can also contact support@lumisyla.com and ask to be removed from marketing emails.

If you entered your email in the footer signup form before our email-service form is fully connected, contact support and we will handle your request manually.
