Lumisyla ships across the United States where fulfillment and carrier service are available.

Lumisyla uses plain, discreet outer packaging.

The outside of the package does not display product photos, product names, or category wording. The sender name may appear as Lumisyla or a fulfillment partner where operationally required.

Unopened and unused products with intact original seal and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery after support authorization.

Lumisyla generally provides a one-year limited warranty for non-human-caused functional defects, starting from the delivery date.

Warranty requests require proof of purchase and supporting evidence, such as photos, video, and a clear description of the issue.
